May 30, 2015 - Soul Food and Vinyl: An Evening of Soul Food and Music

Soul Food & Vinyl:This event will be a communal effort to unite generations and promote cultural awareness. What better way than to do it with food, live performers, fun and music.
In our effort to develop community projects and programming to uplift our youth, Endangered "The Choice Is Yours" After School Program will resume hosting a series of fund raising events for the 2015 academic school year.
"Soul Food and Vinyl” an evening of home cooked soul food, with local guest DJ's spinning your favorite old school /new school vinyl’s. A silent art auction and special musical guest performers will headline this exciting event of food, music, fun and good will.
100% of proceeds will go back to the select charity.
"The Choice is Yours” After School Program, a solution base print and online magazine created by youth for youth, through an entrepreneurial mentorship development program.
X Urban Music Magazine and MarVines Community Arts Foundation will be the host sponsor of this monthly event.
